Sergeant Dan Starnes Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation of Morgan County

This scholarship is for students attending high school in Morgan County, Indiana. To qualify, applicants must intend to pursue a two- or four- year degree in law enforcement and/or criminal justice. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, academic promise, school and/or community involvement and service, good character, citizenship, and healthy lifestyle. Additionally, applicants must intend to continue community service and have at least a C average (2.0 GPA).
