If you attend a Delaware high school, keep your grades up and stay out of trouble, you can go to Delaware Tech tuition-free. To be eligible for the SEED Scholarship program, a student must satisfy Delaware residency requirements as set forth in Delaware Tech's residency policy and be enrolled full-time on a degree-seeking basis. A student shall have graduated from a Delaware public or Delaware non-public high school with a minimum cumulative average of either 80 or higher on a 100 point scale, a grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale as indicated on the student's official high school transcript, or a letter grade of C+.
