This scholarship is for current college students who are ethnic minorities (African American/Black, Native American, Alaskan Native, Asian/Pacific Islander, and Hispanic/Latino). To qualify, applicants must be accepted into a teacher education program in an accredited higher education institution in Connecticut, and have a 3.00 GPA.
