This scholarship is for graduating seniors who attend Saginaw Public Schools in Saginaw, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and plan to pursue an undergraduate degree in education full-time. Selection will be based on scholastic record, financial need, an essay, and recommendations.
