Rufus C. Barkley, Jr. Leadership Scholarship

Coastal Community Foundation of South Carolina

This scholarship is for students who are residents of Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester, or Colleton County, South Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate evidence of well-rounded interests and concern for those less fortunate. Financial need may be considered in making the award, but academic merit and character are the principal criteria.
