The Rotary Club of Asheville – West / John Maggard Memorial Scholarship seeks to assist Clyde A. Erwin High School students with the continuation of their education. Students can be of average, good or excellent scholastic standing, so long as they can demonstrate the likelihood of success at their chosen post-secondary institutions. Applicants must be legal residents of Buncombe County, North Carolina, and enrolled seniors at Clyde A. Erwin High School.

The Community Foundation scholarships will be awarded without regard to age, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation, political affiliation, religious belief, or any other characteristic protected by law.
