This scholarship is for Latino/Hispanic graduating high school seniors who live in San Diego County, California. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be legal US residents, be less than 21 years of age, have a minimum 2.7 GPA, and be eligible to enroll and attend an institution of higher education or vocational/technical school.
