Richard H. Newport Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is open to all South Vermillion High School seniors who are a resident of the South Vermillion School District. The applicant must be in the upper 20% of his/her graduating class and will be attending any two to four year program offered by an accredited college. The applicant must have been reasonably active in his/her church and show evidence of work ethic, ambition, compassion and respect for others, integrity, and respect for authority. A narrative and a goal statement are required.
