This scholarship is for students pursuing study in technical, vocational, academic, or professional fields. Preference will be given to students from Martinsville and Henry County, Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate the capacity to satisfactorily complete college level studies. Financial need is not a requirement but will be considered.
