Placerville Arts Association

This scholarship is for students who live in El Dorado County, California, who plan to pursue an arts education. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to study fine arts, illustration, computer-based art, photography, or sculpture at an accredited higher education institution. Applicants must deliver a personal portfolio to the scholarship committee consisting of seven to ten entries, matted or framed if possible, though the portfolio is not expected to be expensive or elaborate.
