Phelps County Community Foundation

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors of Phelps County, Nebraska. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to enroll on a full-time basis as first-year students at a college, university, technical, or vocational school. While in high school, applicants must have achieved a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or a 90% on a 100% scale; or must have graduated in the top one third of their class. Financial need is considered. Students with a parent presently serving on the Board of Directors or employed by the PCCF are ineligible for this scholarship.
