Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin

This scholarship is for students with learning/physical disabilities who are residents of Portage County, Wisconsin. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be accepted into a post-secondary educational institution. Financial need may be considered. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an essay or audio tape explaining their aspirations and goals for the future, and describing a situation where spirit and perseverance helped overcome their disability.
