These scholarships are for graduating seniors at Perry High School in Perry, Ohio. To qualify for these scholarships, applicants must have participated in sports or cheerleading at the varsity level for at least two years. To apply for these scholarships, applicants must write an essay on the topic, "What has being an athlete at PHS meant to you?"
