The applicant(s) must be a graduate of Fountain Central High School and a resident of Fountain County for twelve months (two consecutive semesters during their senior year) prior to the application date. The applicant(s) must plan on or be accepted as a full- time student at an accredited two-year or four-year public or private college or university or vocational trade school located in Indiana. The minimum grade point average for high school applicants is 2.5 on a 4.0 grading scale. Financial need is considered in the selection process. An EFC figure obtained from the Indiana College Cost website is required on the application.
