Pavement Recycling Systems Scholarship Fund

Community Foundation Serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties

This scholarship for graduating high school seniors who are residents of the City of Riverside, California, or its neighboring communities. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to attend an accredited public or private college, university, or approved trade school full-time; have a minimum 3.0 GPA; exhibit community and school involvement; and demonstrate financial need. Work experience will be a consideration.
