Pama Brantley-Phillips Scholarship

This scholarship is for high school seniors who live in Saginaw, Bay, or Midland County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and plan to pursue an undergraduate degree full-time in special education. Selection will be based on scholastic record, financial need, leadership, recommendations, and career goals as defined in an essay.
