Available to graduating seniors from Elk Rapids School District, with preferences for students who are Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians Tribal Members, students pursuing a career in Construction Management, or students whose hobbies/interests include hunting, fishing, snowboarding, or four-tracking.
