This scholarship is for openly gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgender individuals who are pursuing a career in law enforcement. Applicants must be recognized as a role model by their peers and supervisors and demonstrate use of the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics as a guide for decision making.
