This scholarship is for nontraditional adult students who live in Saginaw County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been out of school for two consecutive semesters and be pursuing an undergraduate or vocational degree. Selection will be based on financial need; an essay; overall involvement in work, extracurricular activities, and community service; citizenship and character; leadership; and recommendations.
