Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Spackenkill High School in Poughkeepsie, New York, who will be full-time students at an accredited college or university in the United States. Eligible students will be judged on their overcoming an obstacle; the following character qualities of being, fun loving, loyal, caring, generous, sensitive, friend to all, and school spirited; the essay; recommendations submitted; and financial need.
