Margaret L. Palmer Scholarship

Saginaw Community Foundation

This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Arthur Hill, Saginaw High, Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy, and Heritage High School in Saginaw, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and intend to pursue an undergraduate degree in elementary education at a Michigan college/university. Scholarship recipients must enroll full-time. Selection will be based on scholastic record, demonstrated qualities of citizenship and leadership, an essay, honors, community activities, extracurricular activities, and recommendations. Financial need will be taken into consideration only as a tie-breaker between two equally qualified applicants.
