M. William and Frances J. Tilghman Educational Scholarship

Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore

This scholarship is for seniors graduating from a public high school in Wicomico or Somerset County, Maryland. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have selected their college and been accepted for admission at an accredited two-year institution or four-year college or university full-time. Applicants must demonstrate academic ability, involvement in extracurricular activities, and/or paid employment. Primary consideration will be given to those who demonstrate financial need.
