Lumberjack Scholars Award

Northern Arizona University

Students are automatically considered NAU Merit-Based Tuition Scholarships.

Students must meet Arizona Proposition 300 Public Program eligibility requirements. These scholarships may only be used for a student’s first baccalaureate degree. These awards cover tuition only; they do not cover fees or other expenses. Beginning in spring 2018 students must attend the Flagstaff Mountain campus. The offer of admission must be accepted and the enrollment deposit paid by May 1 for the following academic year. If awarded, high school transcripts must be submitted per the instructions provided in the award letter.

The amount of this scholarship covers 100 percent of tuition; does not cover fees or other expenses. Selection is based on the completion and/or in-progress work of the 16 college preparatory (core) courses that are required for admission and a minimum 3.5 unweighted core high school GPA, with no letter grade lower than “B” in any of the required core courses.

This award can be combined with other tuition scholarships as long as it does not exceed the cost of tuition.
