Scholarship to a graduate student at a West Virginia college or university. Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited four-year undergraduate college or university and show proof of acceptance in the graduate program at a college or university in the state of West Virginia. Special emphasis will be given to those displaying personal attributes of hard work, dedication, high moral character and creativeness and to those with financial or personal hardship.
