The L. Bary Santy Scholarship honors one of the founding fathers of the nation’s first Public Works Academy established in 1988. Scholarships are awarded to seniors who plan a career in a public works field. Applicant must demonstrate strong academic achievement in the areas of math and science. Applicant must be on free or reduced lunch.
