This scholarship is for Mississippi residents between the ages of 17 and 23 who have had a parent killed or permanently and totally disabled in an accident that is compensable under the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Act. To qualify, applicants must attend a vocational/technical school or college and demonstrate financial need.
