This scholarship is for men who are high school seniors and members of Kappa Instructional Leadership League (Saginaw Alumni Chapter) in Saginaw, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and be pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or associate's degree part- or full-time. Selection will be made based on scholastic record, community service, school involvement, and leadership.
