This scholarship is for women who live in Saginaw, Bay, or Midland County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and be pursuing an undergraduate degree or vocational training part- or full-time. Selection will be based on community service, financial need, and scholastic record. In the event of a tie, evaluation of each applicant's community service will be used as the tiebreaker. High school seniors are not eligible for this scholarship.
