Honoring the late Judge Robert Jenkins, this fund provides scholarships to Portage County graduating high school students seeking post-secondary degrees in law, law enforcement, or natural resources. These were all passions of Judge Jenkins and the family is looking to help others pursue their dreams in these areas.
