Judge John & Shirley Moser Scholarship

Judge John and Shirley Moser created this fund to provide educational scholarships. Judge Moser retired from the Butler County Common Pleas Court after serving 20 years on the bench, the last seven as Presiding Judge. He and Shirley have three children, Linda Clifton, Janet Vogt and Donald Moser. This scholarship is to support an adult student returning to school pursuing a college degree. Award varies based on number of applications and funds available.
