This scholarship is for seniors at public high schools in Montgomery County, Maryland. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be accepted into an accredited four-year undergraduate program on a full-time basis and be a US citizen or working toward citizenship. Scholarships are awarded primarily based on financial need.
