National Kidney Foundation Serving Upstate and Western NY

This scholarship is for kidney dialysis or transplant patients residing in Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, or Yates County, New York. To qualify, applicants must be graduating high school seniors or continuing college students accepted at an accredited two-year, four-year, or trade school/institution. Applicants must maintain at least a "C" average.
