Graduating senior of Orrville High School who is enrolling into an accredited two-year of four-year college, university or technical school as a full-time student and preference will be given to students with financial need. Applicants must be actively engaged in community service and/or extracurricular activities that demonstrate their leadership abilities. First preference shall be given to active members of the Orrville Area Boys and Girls Club.
