o be eligible for an award you must be an Oklahoma resident entering and attending an Oklahoma college, university or technical school from the list in the application form for the first time in the fall semester of 2019. Only students who attended an Oklahoma High School or were home schooled while living in Oklahoma will be considered residents by the Foundation.
