This scholarship is for graduating seniors at North High School in Eastlake, Willoughby South High School in Willoughby, or the Technical Center in Willoughby, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have attended Thomas Jefferson Elementary or a combination of Jefferson Elementary and the magnet program for three years. Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on character, academic excellence, evidence of responsibility, and financial need.
