These scholarships are for current college undergraduates and graduate students who hold individual or student membership in JACL. JACL membership is open to everyone, regardless of ethnic background. Applicants must enroll full-time in a college, university, trade school, business school, or any other institution of higher learning within the United States in the upcoming fall semester.
