Awarded to Ventura County residents who are seniors graduating from any Ventura County high school who will enroll in a public California community college or public California 4-year college or university as a candidate for an R.N. or B.S.N. or to Ventura County residents who previously graduated from any Ventura County high school and are currently enrolled in a public California community college or public California 4-year college or university as a candidate for an R.N. or B.S.N. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
