The Horton-Schultz-Mitchusson Scholarship was created as a memorial to honor the life, work and contributions of E. Loraine Mitchusson Horton, Walter Hill Horton and their son Billy Mitchusson Horton. This fund will provide scholarships to Bartlett High School students for higher education who have demonstrated significant achievements and development in scholarship, community and enterprise.
