Community Foundation of the Great River Bend
This scholarship is for college-bound high school seniors who attend Rock Island High School in Rock Island, Illinois. Applications will be evaluated on need (50%); merit will be evaluated by school activities, community and personal activities, and work experience (25%); and achievement will be evaluated by ACT/SAT testing and school transcripts (25%).
