Applicants must be a graduating senior from a Roanoke City or Roanoke County high school who enrolls in an accredited two- or four-year college or university, preferably Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. Preference will be given to students who are of the Christian Scientist faith. Preference will be given to Virginia Tech and/or any of the Virginia State teachers’ colleges.
