This scholarship is for a graduating seniors of Crowell High School in Crowell, Texas. Selection is based on demonstrated academic achievement, athletic ability, a reputation for honesty, integrity and morality in the community, a need for financial assistance, and the ability to demonstrate their greatest potential to contribute to society.
