Greater Salina Community Foundation

This scholarship is for college-bound high school seniors in good standing who qualify for graduation from Decatur Community High School in Oberlin, Kansas. Applicants also must have demonstrated respect for students and citizens of the school and community, respect for both public and private property, leadership through active participation in school and community activities, a desire to achieve excellence by good school attendance, and reverence and concern for life. Students must submit three rating forms and a short essay about themselves.
