George W. & Donna Mae Russell Scholarship

Community Foundation of Wabash County

This scholarship is for seniors graduating from high schools in Wabash County, Indiana. To qualify, applicants must have a C average or higher and enroll part- or full-time in an two- or four-year course of study at an accredited Indiana institution of higher education. Traditional and non-traditional students are eligible. Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement, moral character, leadership, and attitude toward the school and community.
