This scholarship is open to any student who has attended South Vermillion High School for at least three years. An addition, the applicant must plan to pursue a two year technical or four year engineering/technology degree. Educational programs could include: welders, heavy equipment, aggregate programs, construction and machine shop will be considered. Career goals, achievements in school, outside activities and leadership qualities will be considered.
