This scholarship is for graduating seniors of Flint Northern High School in Flint, Michigan. Multiple annual scholarship awards to include one annual award in the name of Mr. Ray E. Prescott. Must have a 3.0 GPA. Verification of acceptance to a college, university, vocational or technical school required.
