Established to provide post-secondary scholarships to Cleveland Punch and Die Company's active employees and their spouses, children and grandchildren. The fund was created in memory of Eugene and Arlene True, who owned a controlling interest in Cleveland Punch and Die Company, so their strong commitment to education and sincere concern for their employees and families will always be remembered.
