This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are residents of Adams, Cheshire, or Savoy, Massachusetts. To qualify, applicants must attend an accredited college, university, vocational-technical, or professional institute; and have been full-time resents of one of the aforementioned cities during most of the last two years of high school.
