The applicant must be a legal dependent, age 26 or younger, of a parent or guardian who is employed by an Elizabethtown Hardin County Industrial Foundation Training Consortium member company (AGC Automotive, Akebono, Altec Industries, Amaray, Bluegrass Cellular, The Cecilian Bank, City of Elizabethtown, Dow Chemical, Flex Films, Gates Corporation, Metalsa, Mouser Custom Cabinetry, ORBIS, Plastikon, Soudal/Accumetric). Applicant must plan to attend Elizabethtown Community and Technical College who will be enrolled as a full-time student and studying in any academic or technical program.
