For Monroe County high school students who participate in the Friends & Foundation of the Rochester Public Library's Sokol High School Literary Awards Creative Writing Contest. The application process is coordinated by Friends & Foundation of the Rochester Public Library (115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604), where application instructions are available if applicable. Applications are also available through Monroe County school libraries and Monroe County branch libraries.
