Elda C. Penny - Graham County Woman's Club Scholarship

Community Foundation of Western North Carolina

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Robbinsville High School in Robbinsville, North Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to enroll full-time at an accredited college, university, or community college in the United States. Selection will be based on strong moral character, academic ability/achievement, community service/outstanding contributions to school and community, and extracurricular activities and/or work experience. Financial need will be considered, but is less important than other stated criteria.
